While many of our retail partners successfully market LINNY CO screwback studs and huggies to tweens and teens, we want to clarify the following:
Our products are not currently CPSIA-certified and are not classified as children’s products under U.S. federal law.
We are actively in the process of pursuing CPSIA compliance and third-party lab testing for select SKUs in our collection.
This means our jewelry is not intended for children under the age of 12, and we recommend boutique owners and buyers use discretion when marketing LINNY CO pieces to younger customers.
